Fractional governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Cross River State, Mr Julius Udayi, has accused the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, of creating a crisis in the state.

He said by endorsing Sandy Onor as the presidential candidate of the PDP, Wike has created confusion in the party and has therefore created a situation where the party is factionalised.

Udeyi said: “The Turaki PDP is the real PDP. Minister of the Federal Capital Territory has misled members and created a crisis in Cross River State, and we are factionalised.

“By bringing Sandy Onor as a presidential candidate, Wike has created a crisis in PDP. He has created a situation that has not unified the party.
