Nigerian social media activist, VeryDarkMan, has finally withdrawn from the P-Square family dispute.

His withdrawal came amid pressure by netizens to stay off the family saga.

DAILY POST reports that many internet users have continued to criticise VeryDarkMan for defending Jude Okoye, and attempting to divert the public attention from Peter Okoye’s allegations against his twin brother, Paul, and Jude.

Following the evidence provided online by Peter, many Nigerian and international celebrities rallied support for him.

Speaking in a video directed to VeryDarkMan, Liberian actor, Frank Artus warned VeryDarkMan to “stay off Okoye’s family”.

In a new development on Sunday evening, VeryDarkMan announced his withdrawal.

While making a U-turn on his earlier position, he laid 40 percent of the blame on Jude over his refusal to step down as P-Square’s manager when Peter insisted that he no longer wants him to manage them over alleged financial mismanagement.

“I just want to make one point about this P-Square thing, I see a lot of people saying VDM, you are sounding as if Jude did not have a fault in all of this. As if Jude is innocent and Peter is just saying all of this without trigger.

“Well personally after listening to Jude and Peter, if you ask me who to put the blame on, I will say I will put 40 percent of the blame on Jude, and I put 30 percent of the blame on Peter, and another 30 percent on the wife, the family and everybody.

“And to the people insulting me, it is not a crime. You can insult people. Now there’s balance in views in the P-Square matter,” he said.

While announcing his withdrawal from the matter, he further revealed plans to start preparations to face a police panel over his allegations against AIG Jimoh Moshood.
